Job description
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Facility Technician to support day-to-day operations at our Flagship Alexandria, Indiana mining facility. Successful mining technicians come from many backgrounds, but the strongest candidates bring an eagerness to build, fix, and organize physical mining hardware at an industrial scale, enjoy solving problems on the fly, have an interest in computers and/or software, prioritize personal safety above all else, and are interested in Bitcoin mining.

Most Facility Technician workdays are spent at our on-site office and in adjacent mining containers, organizing, maintaining, and repairing mining equipment. There are also clear paths and incentives for growth into expanded roles such as Site Lead, in-house software development, customer service and success, hardware sales, and more.
Facility Technicians work side-by-side in on-site teams of 2-3 people, responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and repair of Bitcoin mining equipment and supporting infrastructure at each site. Paid training is provided., * Perform routine supervision, monitoring, and maintenance of servers and mining equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mining computers, networking components, and basic electrical systems
- Safely clean, maintain, and perform basic repairs on equipment within the facility
- Assist Senior Technicians with RMA processing and larger equipment installations as needed
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and maintenance documentation
- Operate facility monitoring and management software (training provided)
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Identify and report safety, environmental, quality, or production concerns
- Support preventative, predictive, removal, re-installation, and reorganization work
- Be available for call-in support or scheduled on-site maintenance from 3rd parties when required
- Foster a strong team environment and safety-first culture
During a Typical Day
- Monitor and operate systems associated with your assigned facility
- Perform maintenance and basic repairs on equipment and infrastructure
- Safely conduct basic electrical troubleshooting
- Complete facility reports, maintain accurate daily notes, and create repair tickets
- Assist with equipment moves, installs, and re-installations
- Coordinate with supervisors and teammates on priorities and client updates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, * Ability to stand and work for multiple hour periods indoors and outdoors
- Work in year-around varying temperature conditions
- Lift and carry up 25-40 lbs in short intervals on a regular basis
- Occasionally push or pull 25-50 lbs without assistance
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- Use coordination and grip strength while handling tools and equipment
- Navigate uneven, wet, or slick surfaces when required
- Assist other team roles as needed, each with varying physical demands
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Location: Must reliably commute to Pierceton, IN within 15 minutes, or be willing to relocate prior to start date (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong mechanical or IT aptitude; familiarity with computer hardware and software as well as basic understanding of networking
- Comfortable using physical tools and equipment (training provided), including but not limited to a pallet jack, hand tools (electric and analog), multimeter, and telehandler.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and interpret system information
- At least one professional references attesting to integrity and reliability

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year, * 401(k) matching
