IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget., * Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT projects from initiation to completion.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
• Ensure quality standards and project governance are maintained.
• Manage change requests and project scope effectively.
• Support Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies as required.

• Strong project planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
