Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• Participate in projects around our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics)
• Take responsibility for (sub-)project management, including analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions
• Implement innovative requirements using Agentforce and Data360, and further develop our CRM platform
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and external partners to design a holistic IT architectureCoordinate and provide 3rd-level support for our international Endress+Hauser locations, * We’re a family-owned, highly committed company with a sustainable vision

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification

• Are interested in Salesforce and have experience with CRM or ERP solutions
• Ideally bring knowledge in agile project management (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Enjoy working in a team, sharing knowledge, and learning from others
• Can communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable wayPossess good German and English language skills
