Job description

Tasks & Responsibilities* Betreuung der SAP-HCM-Module in den Bereichen PA, PE, OM, PKP, SAP ESS, SAP MSS, FITV sowie der Schwerpunkte PY-DE und PT

  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HCM-Anwendungslandschaften der Kunden sowie Beratung im Umfeld der jeweils genutzten Module
  • Nach der Einarbeitung eigenständige Ãœbernahme und Durchführung einzelner Teilprojekte bzw. Teilaufgaben
  • Kundenbetreuung remote bzw. im Home-Office und - bei Bedarf - vor Ort beim Kunden (max. ca. 20 % Reisetätigkeit)

Requirements

  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in SAP HCM, speziell in Personaladministration (PA), Entgeltabrechnung (PY-DE) und Personalzeitwirtschaft (PT) inklusive Folgeaktivitäten, Schemen & Zyklen
  • Beratungskompetenz in weiteren Modulen wie OM, PE, PKP, ESS/MSS und FITV
  • Interesse an bzw. Erfahrung mit Cloud-Themen wie SAP SuccessFactors und Employee Central Payroll
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in ABAP-Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Bundesweite Reisebereitschaft bis ca. 20 % zur Betreuung der eigenen Kunden
