The Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) is a global knowledge and technical assistance partnership administered by the World Bank Group that supports low- and middle-income countries in achieving universal access to sustainable energy and accelerating the energy transition.

Each year, ESMAP publishes an Annual Report that presents its results, highlights achievements across its strategic pillars, showcases impact stories, and provides accountability to donors and partners.

It will synthesize progress made under ESMAP’s Business Plan and communicate key achievements in a compelling, accessible, and evidence-based manner for a broad audience, including donors, development partners, clients, policymakers, and World Bank Group staff.
