Requirements

An employer is seeking a Power BI Developer with strong expertise in data visualization and storytelling to design, build, and maintain dashboards that support agency leadership, internal teams, and-where appropriate-the public. This role focuses on transforming complex, multi-source transportation and program data into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling dashboards that communicate performance, trends, and outcomes across capital programs, operations, and service delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical Power BI skills with a deep understanding of how to tell a complete data story for diverse audiences., Proven experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI.

Strong expertise in data visualization and storytelling, with the ability to present complete and cohesive views of data.

Experience working with multiple and disparate data sources and combining them into a unified reporting model.

Solid knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts.

Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.

Demonstrated ability to design dashboards that balance detail and clarity for executive and business audiences.

Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders.
