  • Hands-on Cisco Routers, Switches, etc.

  • CLI config, installs, testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, maintenance, moves/adds/ changes (Level 2 or L3)
  • Some hands on Firewalls, VPN, NAT, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • High level device Security, ACLs, VLAN, Policies, etc.
  • Understand device security best practices
  • Deep understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP stack
