Job description

  • Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemlandschaft mit Fokus auf SAP SuccessFactors
  • Betreuung und Ausbau von SuccessFactors-Modulen (z. B. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning)
  • Aufnahme, Bewertung und Übersetzung von Anforderungen aus HR in Lösungskonzepte sowie Begleitung der Umsetzung
  • (Teil-) Projektleitung in SuccessFactors-Themen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, IT und externen Partnern
  • Steuerung von Dienstleistern sowie Sicherstellung der Übergabe in Betrieb und Support (inkl. Schulungen)

Requirements

  • Studium (z. B. (Wirtschafts-)Informatik/BWL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors, idealerweise in einem oder mehreren Modulen (z. B. EC, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
  • Verständnis für cloudbasierte HR-Prozesse sowie Schnittstellen zu SAP HCM oder Drittsystemen
  • Praxis in Konfiguration/Customizing (direkt oder in Steuerung über Partner) sowie strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).
