IT Analyst

Provide daily end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory (users, groups, computers). Manage phone systems, badge access provisioning, and A/V conferencing tools. Coordinate incident and trouble response using ServiceNow ITSM platform. Install, configure, and support company-approved software, including: Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Syncplicity, Teamcenter/CATIA Provide mobile device support, including Microsoft Authenticator and mobile Office apps. Troubleshoot and support wired/wireless networks, DHCP, VLANs, and IPAM. Support multifunction printer/copier units. Maintain and diagnose physical datacenter components such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, UPS systems, storage arrays, and environmental sensors. Apply Windows Updates, manage security patches, and handle image deployment. Maintain backup and recovery processes and technologies.
