Lead and manage systems, desktop support, and service desk teams.

• Maintain high availability, reliability, and security of network, cloud, and end-user computing environments.
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Participate in IT strategic planning and governance as part of the IT Management Team.
• Coordinate IT projects, manage timelines and resources, and support technical initiatives.
• Act as subject matter expert for network and cloud architecture (Azure and on-premise).

3+ years of management experience in IT systems/support.

• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, enterprise networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Layer 3 switching), virtualization, and multi-tiered security architectures.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, MOF).

• Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Exchange, Hyper-V, SharePoint, SQL Server, Active Directory, and Cisco technologies. Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Hyper-V, SharePoint, SQL Server management.
• Windows 11 PC imaging and troubleshooting.
