We’re looking for a Lead React Native Developer with 8+ years of mobile development experience, strong iOS expertise, and prior technical leadership experience to lead the modernization of Royal Caribbean’s guest account experience by rewriting native applications in React Native. This role is 80 90% leadership and 10 20% hands-on, overseeing a team of developers while driving architecture, collaborating with product teams, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable cross-platform mobile solutions.
