Digital projects executive

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Digital Projects Executive to lead and coordinate a wide range of digital initiatives within our organization. As a key player in our digital transformation journey, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while fostering collaboration across diverse teams., * Lead end-to-end management of digital projects, including enterprise software deployment, cloud computing solutions, and IT infrastructure upgrades.

• Develop detailed project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint to ensure clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Apply project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and Kanban to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
• Monitor project progress using tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and Microsoft Office suite; track issues, risks, and change requests proactively.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and oversee software implementation to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage release schedules, conduct analysis for continuous improvement, and oversee disaster recovery planning to safeguard IT assets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels; prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Supervise technical project managers and team members; provide leadership in project scheduling, resource management, and organizational alignment.

• Proven experience in IT project management within enterprise environments; strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT governance frameworks such as PMBOK.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS; familiarity with enterprise software solutions and databases such as SQL and Oracle.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in technical project & program management roles; ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software including Microsoft Project, Jira, VersionOne, TFS, SharePoint; adept at Agile planning and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analysis skills for requirements gathering, process improvement initiatives, and user acceptance testing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively across teams; capable of managing stakeholder expectations confidently.
• Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure components such as disaster recovery systems; understanding of IT governance policies is essential.
• Organizational skills with a focus on time management; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments.
