Job description

This role is for a Senior Systems/Server Administrator with 10+ years of experience managing Microsoft enterprise infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Exchange/Microsoft 365, Dell storage, backup solutions, and identity/access management. The position combines strategic systems administration with hands-on help desk support, focusing on maintaining production environments while supporting a large-scale legacy modernization initiative and Exchange to Microsoft 365 migration.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will administer and optimize Microsoft infrastructure, implement security and server lifecycle best practices, manage Active Directory, virtualization, storage, licensing, and user support, while collaborating with infrastructure and network teams. Strong experience in Microsoft 365, Windows enterprise environments, stakeholder support, documentation, and troubleshooting across both on-premises and cloud environments is essential.
