Job description
As a Lead, you will be intensely involved in support and operations of the SnapLogic integration platform. You will lead a team of approximately 17 members in a 24x7 support environment, ensuring adherence to ITSM processes. You will manage incidents, service requests, bug fixes, minor enhancements, and RCA for problem tickets. You will also coordinate with offshore teams for daily status updates, deliverables, and shift handover calls, while maintaining client status reporting and driving continuous improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements
Please provide the TOP skills, and the years of experience that you ll consider: Minimum 6 years of experience in SnapLogic Support and Operations projects. Must be SnapLogic Integration and Admin Certified. Must have working knowledge of ServiceNow. Must have good understanding of ITSM processes.
