ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Lead design workshops and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions

Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and governance models

Oversee technical delivery, reviewing solution designs and ensuring compliance with best practices

Serve as the primary technical authority and advisor to client stakeholders and executives

Mentor developers, admins, and consultants across delivery teams

Create technical roadmaps for platform adoption, upgrades, and new module rollouts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, enterprise-grade solutions

Active certifications required: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and at least two CIS certification

10+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large, complex environments

Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security, and platform scalability

Experience engaging directly with senior stakeholders to explain technical trade-offs

Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
