Requirements

  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - required
  • 14+ years of overall IT experience
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem
  • Additional certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS are highly valued
  • Strong background in software engineering, application development, or computer science
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and providing technical leadership
  • Proven success in client-facing roles, including workshops, solution presentations, and RFP support
  • Experience across any ServiceNow module, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps

The ideal candidate is someone who started their career as an engineer or developer and evolved into a ServiceNow architect. This role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and the confidence to advise clients and stakeholders at all levels.
