Hardware Support Technician

• Desktop Support
• Install and configure computer & phone equipment, including site preparation
• Manage video conferencing
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and ongoing support for hardware
• Perform diagnostics, repair and ongoing support for software in a Windows 11 environment
• Assist in managing administrative tasks such as physical inventory of hardware and software license compliance
• HelpDesk
• Serves as evening HelpDesk Technician
• Assists in handling firmwide HelpDesk tickets as able from 10:30am - 2:30pm PST, then exclusively 2:30pm - 7:00pm PST
• Is part of an on-call rotation

• A minimum of 1-2 years hardware field service experience, technical phone support or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of hardware products and software capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-motivated and self-directed
• Must be willing to answer calls after normal working hours as part of an on-call rotation

• Commuter assistance, The salary range for this role in California is $110,000 - $120,000. Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset.
