HRIS Director

On behalf of our client, we’re seeking an experienced Director of Workforce Technology to lead and optimize HR technology strategy and operations. Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources, this role will oversee the organization’s HR systems, lead the HR Technology team, and partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to drive system performance, data integrity, reporting, and process improvements., * Lead the HR Technology team and oversee daily HRIS operations.

• Manage and optimize Workday and other workforce technology platforms.
• Drive system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and implementations.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows and support business objectives.
• Deliver workforce analytics and train end users on system functionality.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HRIS/workforce technology experience.
• Prior leadership experience required, preferably within healthcare.
• Workday experience is required.
