Solid written and verbal communication skills PC Hardware familiarity Windows operating system familiarity IP-based networking familiarity/understanding Experience with any of the following a big plus: HaloPSA, NinjaRMM, ThreatLocker, Cisco Duo, Cove Backups, ConnectSecure, Copilot, ScalePad, ControlMap
