SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Job Description: * Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and transformation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
• Manage project governance, steering committee reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with SAP functional teams including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and Basis.
• Drive project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Monitor project budget, cost controls, and vendor performance.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful data migration, integration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and audit requirements.
• Manage offshore/onshore teams and third-party implementation partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in SAP project management.
• 4+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Proven experience delivering large enterprise SAP transformation programs.
