Business Development Manager - Fiber Optic & Electrical Construction

We’re a growing fiber-optic and electrical construction company expanding across the Phoenix metro. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager / project hunter to bring in new work.

What you’ll do:

• Hunt and win projects in fiber-optic (OSP / microtrenching) and/or electrical construction.

• Build and leverage relationships with GCs, developers, ISPs, municipalities, data centers, and construction partners.

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closing.

• Work closely with operations to scope and price projects.

Proven sales / business development experience in fiber-optic OR electrical construction (either one).

• An existing network of industry contacts (or strong ties in construction in general).

• Self-driven hunter who opens doors and closes deals.

• Valid driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Compensation: Competitive base ($65K-$80K per year) plus uncapped commission on projects closed. Strong first-year earning potential ($130K+ OTE).
