Payroll & Data Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support payroll processing and reporting functions. This role is heavily focused on Microsoft Excel and requires someone who is comfortable working with large datasets, preparing reports, and meeting deadlines. Payroll experience is not required-we are looking for candidates with strong Excel and data manipulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Foster Parent payroll processing.
• Prepare and maintain Medicaid calculation reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Create and update Imminent Risk reports through data analysis and manipulation.
• Generate earnings tracking reports and maintain reporting accuracy.
• Analyze, organize, and manipulate large datasets in Excel.
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding payroll and reporting activities.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, sorting, filtering, and data manipulation.
• Experience working with large datasets and preparing reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Payroll experience is preferred but not required.
