Job description

Frontier Property Management is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Administrator to coordinate maintenance operations and provide administrative support for construction projects. This role serves as the communication hub between tenants, vendors, property managers, and project teams while ensuring maintenance requests and construction projects are completed efficiently., Maintenance Administration

  • Work order administration
  • Scheduling routine maintenance
  • Vendor coordination and follow-up
  • Tenant communication and scheduling
  • Material purchasing
  • Inventory management
  • Documentation and record keeping
  • Invoice verification and processing
  • Warranty tracking
  • Maintenance calendar management
  • Property onboarding/offboarding administration

Requirements

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys keeping projects organized from start to finish., * 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience

  • Experience in property management, maintenance, or construction preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with AppFolio
  • Experience with JobTread
  • Basic understanding of invoices and purchase orders
