Job description

The Maintenance Administrator will be working within a busy department, within a business, rapidly expanding business, either dedicated to a singular client account, or working within a helpdesk team. Duties will vary from role to role, however as a general overview, duties for the Facilities Administrator will include:

  • Raising jobs / works on the company/client CAFM system (Simpro, ProNett, Verisae etc).
  • Allocating jobs to engineers / scheduling works within engineers diaries OR liaising with scheduling team to allocate client jobs into relevant engineers diaries.
  • Ensuring engineers job notes are compliant and updated on the company / client CAFM system (Simpro, ProNett, Verisae etc).
  • Ordering parts / materials for jobs or allocating purchase order (PO’s) to engineers to do so.
  • Ensuring engineers are able to gain access to client sites.
  • Liaising with clients/customers, sub-contractors and in-house engineers via email and phone.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative based position previously is highly preferable.
  • Experience within maintenance, projects, construction or similar related industries is highly preferable but not essential. Previous roles such as Maintenance Administrator, Facilities Administrator, Scheduler, FM Co-ordinator, Helpdesk Administrator, Contract Support etc would be a large advantage.
  • Must be able to commit to working full time, office based in Redhill.
  • Experience using CAFM systems is highly preferable. Experience using Simpro, ProNett or Verisae would be a large advantage.
  • Must be computer literate and comfortable using basic programs such as Microsoft word, excel etc.

Due to company growth, we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator to join our busy, facilities management / commercial maintenance team. We have a number of positions available for Maintenance Administrators including:

  • Client Account Administrator / Manager
  • Helpdesk Administrator
  • General Business Administrator, * Basic Salary: 28,000 - 33,000 dependant on experience / skillset.
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:00pm OR staggered start times between 8-9am and finish times between 4:30-5:30pm.
  • 1 hour lunch break: 37.5 hour working week.
  • Smart-casual dress code in the offices (no need for formal attire).
  • Local parking available.
  • Paid overtime available - up to additional 10,000 per annum in additional earnings.

Highly established maintenance provider, offering a range of electrical, gas, hvac and general building fabric works across a range of commercial clientele. The company employ circa 300 staff and operate a fantastic working environment. Working environment includes:

The business are the sole occupier of the building, spanning across 3 floors (with lift services). Kitchen maisonette / breakout area on each floor. Large kitchen facilities on the bottom floor.
