Within the Tribe Global Customer Experience at ING Bank, we are seeking an experienced Rollout Lead to coordinate the international rollout of OneApp and OneWeb to countries that have not yet adopted these flagship digital platforms. This is a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of ING’s digital channels and to lead a critical initiative that impacts customers worldwide., * Coordinate the rollout of OneApp and OneWeb to various countries, translating business requirements into a clear delivery scope
- Develop realistic and predictable planning in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for rollout countries and internal teams
- Utilise stakeholder management skills to boost project productivity and ensure successful delivery
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with onboarded countries, acting as their account manager and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success
Work environment
You will work within a multidisciplinary, international team in an agile environment. The role is based at ING’s Amsterdam office (Acanthus) and operates in a fast-changing, complex landscape where collaboration and creative problem-solving are essential. You will work closely with Product Owners, local and international co-located squads, and manage the Product Backlog in an Agile/Scrum framework.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager with proven track record in customer-facing, IT, and digital environment projects
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, PACE, or similar)
- Background at the intersection of business and IT, ideally with software delivery project experience
- Proven stakeholder management and account management capabilities
- Experience working with Product Owners and managing Product Backlogs
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is a plus)
- Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative, embrace challenges, and think creatively in complex environments
- Natural collaborator with strong communication skills

- Fixed-term contract from 1 August 2026 to 31 December 2026, with option to extend
