Job description

Apex Digital Infrastructure Solutions Ltd is looking for a Head of IT Operations to lead and strengthen our technology operations while supporting business growth. What you’ll do:

  • Lead daily IT operations and ensure the reliability of business systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage and support IT teams while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement IT operational strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and availability across technology platforms.
  • Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, system maintenance, and technology projects.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify technology needs and deliver practical solutions.
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and business continuity.
  • Support disaster recovery planning and operational risk management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, or technology management is beneficial.
  • Leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networks, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering reliable technology services.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
