Job description

Computec Bahia IT Solutions Ltd operates within the information technology, business systems, digital support, and managed IT services sector, helping organisations maintain reliable technology operations, improve system performance, and support efficient digital workflows. We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee daily technology service activities, coordinate technical teams, and support smooth IT service delivery across the business., * Manage daily IT operations, service workflows, and technical support activities

  • Coordinate with engineers, support teams, vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • Monitor service tickets, system performance, response times, and operational reports
  • Support system updates, IT projects, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with service planning, issue resolution, risk tracking, and quality monitoring
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure IT activities follow company procedures, security standards, and service requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in IT operations, managed services, technical support, business systems, or technology service delivery
  • Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Experience working with clients, vendors, service desks, or infrastructure support teams is an advantage
