IT Operations Manager

We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee daily technology service activities, coordinate technical teams, and support smooth IT service delivery across the business., * Manage daily IT operations, service workflows, and technical support activities

• Coordinate with engineers, support teams, vendors, clients, and internal departments
• Monitor service tickets, system performance, response times, and operational reports
• Support system updates, IT projects, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with service planning, issue resolution, risk tracking, and quality monitoring
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure IT activities follow company procedures, security standards, and service requirements

• Experience in IT operations, managed services, technical support, business systems, or technology service delivery
• Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
• Experience working with clients, vendors, service desks, or infrastructure support teams is an advantage
