Job description

Computec Bahia IT Solutions Ltd operates within the information technology, computer support, digital systems, and managed service sector, helping organisations maintain reliable IT operations, improve technical performance, and deliver efficient support services. We are seeking a Head of IT Services to lead technical service delivery, oversee IT teams, and support the continued growth of the business., Lead IT service operations and contribute to the strategic direction of a growing UK-based technology company., * Lead IT service operations, support workflows, and technical service delivery

  • Oversee technical teams, service desk performance, escalations, and project priorities
  • Develop strategies to improve system reliability, response times, and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and technology partners
  • Monitor service metrics, budgets, risks, and operational reports
  • Support IT process improvements, documentation, security awareness, and compliance standards
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to technical staff

Requirements

  • Strong experience in IT services, managed services, technical support, systems operations, or technology leadership
  • Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
  • Experience working in a UK-based technology service or client-facing IT environment is an advantage
