Job description
Our Fortune 100 client is looking for a ServiceNow Configuration Analyst with strong knowledge of Employee Service Management applications including HR Service Delivery, Employee Relations, Employee Center, Journey Management, etc. The role will entail leading application process improvements and system enhancements as well as providing support for service requests, defects, and change requests. This is a fully remote position but follows an EST work schedule. Candidates must live and work in the 48 contiguous states. This is a 7 month contract with potential for hire.
Requirements
- Solid experience writing ServiceNow reports and Dashboards
- Prefers 3-4 years working within the HR Domain
- Solid experience using Excel and similar tools for data transformation and analysis
- Experience using Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, DevOps and other office applications
- Problem solver that can break a problem into its small, modular pieces to develop a methodical approach to a solution
- Strong written and verbal communication including storytelling and slide writing
- Always willing to learn, do thorough research, fact-finding, gather knowledge and not afraid to ask questions
- Effective time management and organizational skills and works well under pressure
