Job description

  • Analyze and interpret US healthcare claims data to identify trends, risks, operational gaps, and strategic opportunities
  • Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and executive reporting
  • Translate complex healthcare and business requirements into actionable analytics solutions
  • Write and optimize complex Oracle/SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation
  • Develop scalable datasets, data models, and reporting structures supporting healthcare operations and claims analysis
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation across multiple data sources
  • Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, ETL processing, and workflow optimization
  • Develop reusable analytics workflows and support process automation initiatives
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and reporting accuracy
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports
  • Create KPI tracking, operational metrics, and claims performance reporting
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver intuitive, business-friendly visualizations
  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, analytics, and technology teams
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with business partners to drive strategic and operational improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL development
  • 4+ years writing complex Oracle SQL queries
  • 2+ years of Python development
  • US Healthcare Claims experience (Payer/Health Plan)
  • Power BI or Tableau
  • Oracle SQL Performance Tuning
  • X12 (837, 835, 834)
