Job description
- Analyze and interpret US healthcare claims data to identify trends, risks, operational gaps, and strategic opportunities
- Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and executive reporting
- Translate complex healthcare and business requirements into actionable analytics solutions
- Write and optimize complex Oracle/SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation
- Develop scalable datasets, data models, and reporting structures supporting healthcare operations and claims analysis
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation across multiple data sources
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, ETL processing, and workflow optimization
- Develop reusable analytics workflows and support process automation initiatives
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reporting accuracy
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports
- Create KPI tracking, operational metrics, and claims performance reporting
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver intuitive, business-friendly visualizations
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, analytics, and technology teams
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Coordinate with business partners to drive strategic and operational improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL development
- 4+ years writing complex Oracle SQL queries
- 2+ years of Python development
- US Healthcare Claims experience (Payer/Health Plan)
- Power BI or Tableau
- Oracle SQL Performance Tuning
