  • Experience with the following would be very helpful:
  • Intune environment
  • Microsoft Autopilot
  • Tier 1 Help Desk task such as hardware replacements, printer support, user relocations, password resets, and operating system troubleshooting
  • Experience using tools such as ping, ipconfig, and tracert
