Job description
- Be the technical backbone for complex Windows and Microsoft environments
- Own problems from initial escalation through permanent resolution
- Make a measurable impact by eliminating recurring IT issues
- Work across five distinct business entities in a diverse IT environment
- Lead technical response during major incidents and complex escalations
- Mentor other technicians and raise the overall technical bar, * Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, hardware, and cloud issues
- Support Windows Autopilot and imaging/deployment initiatives
- Implement approved configurations, remediation, and automation using PowerShell
- Lead or contribute to major incident resolution
- Create technical documentation and mentor Systems Technicians
Requirements
- Hands-on Windows Autopilot and imaging/deployment experience
- Experience with PXE-based network imaging is a plus
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Intune administration experience
- Ability to troubleshoot across endpoint, identity, network, and cloud layers
- Experience supporting multiple companies or business entities
- Strong root cause analysis and permanent-fix mindset #INDIT
Benefits & conditions
