Job description

Testing Center Administrators oversee adults completing computer-based licensing and certification examinations while helping maintain a secure, calm, and professional testing environment.

This is a regular, part-time position and is not seasonal or temporary. We are seeking a dependable candidate who is interested in consistent, ongoing part-time work in a professional testing center environment.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Closed Sundays

Eligibility Requirement

Due to federal background check requirements associated with this position, candidates must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire., * Prepare testing rooms and computer stations for daily testing sessions

  • Verify examinee identification and assist with check-in procedures
  • Monitor testing sessions to ensure exam integrity and security
  • Provide professional customer service to testing candidates
  • Assist candidates with basic computer login and setup procedures
  • Maintain organized and accurate testing documentation
  • Monitor for irregular behavior or technical issues during examinations
  • Report incidents, technical malfunctions, or unusual behavior promptly
  • Manage the flow of individuals entering and exiting testing rooms
  • Help maintain a quiet, clean, and professional testing environment
  • Perform additional operational support tasks as needed

Requirements

Innovative Minds is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our professional testing center team in Houston. No advanced technical experience is required., * Comfortable using computers and office technology

The testing center is a quiet, controlled environment designed to support focus and concentration. Team members work in a professional setting that values integrity, confidentiality, and customer service.

Physical Demands

  • Frequent standing and walking
  • Occasional reaching with hands and arms
  • Ability to occasionally move testing materials or office supplies
