Senior Healthcare Analytics Consultant - Epic Clarity - Remote (EST/CST)

We’re partnering with a nationally recognized healthcare organization seeking a senior-level analytics professional to build enterprise reporting solutions that drive executive decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with deep Epic Clarity, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau expertise who enjoys turning complex healthcare data into actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop enterprise healthcare reporting solutions
• Build executive and operational dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Develop data models, KPIs, and reporting standards
• Automate reporting processes and data pipelines
• Validate data accuracy and improve reporting quality
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational needs into analytics solutions
• Support data governance, documentation, and knowledge transfer

• W-2 only (no C2C/1099); paid biweekly through our W-2 payroll.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Healthcare analytics experience
• Experience supporting Epic environments
• Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
• Epic Clarity reporting and querying experience
• Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI platform experience
• Experience creating executive reporting and operational dashboards, * Healthcare utilization or operational reporting
• Data governance and data quality management
• Dashboard design and data visualization expertise
• Experience integrating data from multiple internal and external sources
