Job description

As a Help Desk Technician, you will assist the IT department with the deployment, support, and maintenance of the City’s computer equipment and software. This role serves as the first point of contact for internal city staff, fielding incoming technical requests via telephone and email. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical troubleshooting skills with excellent customer service to provide timely, courteous, and effective problem resolution across all city departments.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or technical degree in information systems, computer science, networking, or related field from an accredited school or university.
  • (2) Two to (3) Three years of directly related experience is preferred.
