Job description
Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? We’re look for an Operations & ERP Coordinator to be the backbone of our daily business operations. In this role, you’ll dive into ERP systems, streamline order processing, support our customers, and collaborate across teams to keep everything moving efficiently. If you love bringing order to complexity and enjoy juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Own user account management - set up roles and permissions with precision
- Keep our master data (items, vendors, customers, BOMs) clean, accurate, and up to date
- The go-to resource for troubleshooting ERP issues, working closely with internal teams to solve problems fast
- Support day to day transactions and keep operations running without a hitch
- Tackle CSV imports and data cleanup projects with a sharp eye for detail
- Help test new ERP features and document findings
- Support user training and help build & maintain user guides and SOPs
- Support User guide/SOP creation and maintain
- Champion data accuracy and process compliance across the board
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Thrive in an environment where priorities shift and multitasking is the norm
Requirements
- 3+ years operations experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
- Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and more)
- A working understanding of ERP processes
- Sharp attention to detail and a knack for data management
- Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
- Self-motivated and genuine curiosity to learn new systems.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure
