Customer Experience Coordinator - Order Processing & ERP

Help us deliver accurate orders, fast responses, and memorable service from our Port St. Lucie branch. You’ll be the go-to resource for quotes, order entry, and day-to-day customer support-working hand-in-hand with our sales manager to ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality., * Provide timely answers on products and services via phone, email, and in person.

• Enter quotes and sales orders into the ERP system with precision and speed.
• Partner with the sales manager to resolve issues and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic approach that builds loyalty.
• Assist with order fulfillment tasks, including safe forklift operation and lifting up to 75 lbs as needed.

• ERP system experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service ethos and problem-solving ability.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Forklift experience; ability to lift 75 lbs., * Experience using ERP software in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests.
• Detail focus, organization, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority issues simultaneously.

Preferred Background

• Experience in fence, shutter, or aluminum sectors.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and HubSpot CRM.
• 2-3 years of sales/customer service experience.
• Knowledge of blueprint takeoffs., * ERP for quotations and order entry (NetSuite preferred)
• CRM for customer interactions and follow-ups (HubSpot preferred)
