Job description
The Senior Director Enterprise Platforms and Operations is responsible for leading the strategy, optimization, and scalability of LifeStance’s enterprise platforms and operational capabilities. This includes EMR and integrated technologies that support core business operations such as revenue cycle management, call center operations, scheduling, referrals, and patient access.
This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, standardization, and AI-driven optimization across the organization. Partnering across Operations, Technology, Product, and AI Transformation, this leader ensures enterprise platforms are reliable, scalable, and enable high-performing, data-driven operations., Lead the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise platforms including EMR and operational systems.

Drive end-to-end operational efficiency improvements across RCM, scheduling, referrals, and call center operations.

Work with the Enterprise Interoperatbility team on the EMR integration strategy and execution.

Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities to reduce cost and improve throughput.

Establish platform performance KPIs including system uptime, throughput, cycle times, and cost-to-serve metrics.

Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver scalable platform enhancements.

Lead platform integration and interoperability efforts across enterprise systems.

Develop a multi-year roadmap for enterprise platform scalability and modernization.

Establish governance and prioritization frameworks for platform investments.

Build and lead a high-performing team across platform operations, analytics, and automation.

Drive standardization of workflows and processes across markets and service lines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

At least 10 years of product management and platform design experience
-
At least 10 years of healthcare experience
-
At least 8 years of people management experience
-
At least 7 years of strategic leadership experience

Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems including EMR, RCM, and call center technologies.

Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and scalability initiatives.

Experience implementing AI or automation in operational workflows.

Strong understanding of healthcare data, interoperability, and system integration.

Direct experience in leading full cycle product development from idea to production release and management.

Experience in building and scaling high-performance product teams within a large healthcare organization.

Skilled at translating user needs into actionable technology and process improvements
