Applications Engineer

System Integration: * Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand upstream and downstream processes that interface with our conveyor systems and collaborate with the Company’s Controls Engineering team to ensure effective integration and process optimization. * Identify and resolve any integration challenges to ensure seamless operation and efficient material flow.

Product Development and Enhancement: * Stay updated on the latest conveyor technologies, industry trends, and customer requirements. * Identify and recommend product enhancements and modifications that will improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency. * Collaborate with the product design & development teams to provide input for the design and improvement of conveyor system components. * Identify gaps in existing Company product offerings where product development opportunities exist.

Technical Expertise: * Become a subject matter expert on Company conveyor products, features, and capabilities. * Provide technical support and guidance to customers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders. * Conduct training sessions or presentations to educate customers and internal teams on the features and functionality of our conveyor systems.

Other duties as assigned: * Support Design Engineering with active sales projects as necessary., 1.
