IT Support Specialist

Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining seamless technological operations across our innovative IT environment. Based in our Cleveland, Ohio office, this full-time, hourly position offers a unique opportunity to support a variety of endpoint devices, network infrastructure, and business applications. If you are passionate about troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional user support, this is the perfect role to accelerate your IT career., * High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
• Ability to quickly write reports, user instructions, and procedure manuals
• Experience providing desktop support or similar IT support roles
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Azure environments including Intune, Defender, Entra ID
• Knowledge of Group Policy, Active Directory, and virtualized server systems (VMware)
• Basic understanding of SaaS applications and hardware repair coordination
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in demanding situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• COMPTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Print Services, and printer hardware
• Hands-on experience with physical network wiring, termination, and cabling
• Understanding of imaging tools like Microsoft Intune and MDM platforms

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant desktop support or network administration experience preferred
• Familiarity with VMWARE, AWS, and cloud-based platforms beneficial

Other Requirements:

• Ability to assist with physical network wiring and hardware repairs
• Capable of supporting new hires and terminations within the IT infrastructure
• Willingness to work in a collaborative environment that encourages feedback and process improvement
