Job description

Work will be 40 hours a week in our Thousand Oaks office. Our work environment is very casual and friendly. The work is rarely routine - every day brings new endeavors and challenges. We often provide very detailed instructions (our work is precision oriented) that need to be carefully followed. Typical tasks include:

  • LOTS of data entry
  • Printing forms
  • Shipping and receiving packages
  • Scanning into data recognition software
  • QA’ing data
  • Updating databases
  • Answering phone
  • Filing and organizing
  • After 3-6 months, client contact including deliverable notification and invoicing
  • Being a ray of sunshine

Requirements

We need a smart and very organized team player to help with prepping our data for analysis. WE are looking for someone who enjoys data entry. This job is 100% in office., * Integrity
