Job description

As a lead data analyst within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Customer Expansion organization, you’ll shape how customer data is identified, matched, governed, and leveraged across the enterprise. You’ll directly impact the performance of how customers are recognized quickly and accurately. This includes supporting the tuning and optimization of probabilistic matching logic to enhance match performance and customer experience. You’ll partner closely with business and technology teams to deliver measurable improvements in data quality and enrichment, operational efficiency, and customer experience. You’ll enable faster onboarding of new products, partners, and data sources. You’ll also support a multi-year effort to evolve customer data capabilities and modernize dashboards, reporting, and leadership-facing insights.

Requirements

  • A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Snowflake and SQL expertise, with experience in analytics languages (Python, R, or SAS) and building dashboards/visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and connect data insights to business outcomes.
  • Proactive approach with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with customer or enterprise data.
  • Good communication and partnership skills, enabling effective collaboration with multi-functional teams, Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need or potential need, of current or future sponsorship for employment.
