Job description

The Systems Analyst/Programmer Application Specialist supports, maintains, and enhances Human Capital Management (HCM) applications with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll systems. This role analyzes business requirements, develops system solutions, performs application support and troubleshooting, creates SQL-based reports, maintains data integrity, and collaborates with business and IT teams to improve system performance and business processes. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Payroll and Core HR modules.
  • Analyze business and user requirements and develop system solutions.
  • Design, develop, implement, and support software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HCM application issues.
  • Perform application enhancements and system optimization.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HCM and Payroll data.
  • Support production job streams and application processes.
  • Provide application design, programming, and technical support.
  • Deliver user training and recommend system improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments on system enhancements.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing system operations.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Core HR modules.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll processes.
  • Strong SQL programming and reporting skills.
  • Experience with application support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an office environment.
