Job description
Lead the design, administration, and modernization of Microsoft 365 and endpoint management environments.
- Own and optimize Microsoft 365 E5 platform, ensuring secure and scalable solutions.
- Administer and manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments.
- Modernize endpoint management with cloud-first and co-managed solutions.
- Manage Windows Autopilot, device provisioning, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
- Package and deploy enterprise applications via Intune, SCCM, and Company Portal.
- Oversee Windows patch management using Windows Update for Business, Autopatch, and SCCM.
- Automate administrative tasks and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams for project delivery.
- Provide Tier III engineering support and mentor junior team members.
- Participate in early morning (7:00 AM PST) knowledge transfer sessions with UK team during initial onboarding.
- Work onsite for the first 90 days, then transition to a hybrid schedule.
Requirements
7+ years in Microsoft infrastructure or endpoint engineering.
- 5+ years with Microsoft 365 administration.
- 5+ years with SCCM / Configuration Manager.
- 3+ years with Microsoft Intune.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation abilities.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, application packaging, endpoint compliance, and patch management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Experience with Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft Graph, Power BI, and ITIL environments.
