Job description
We’re seeking a Workday Analyst with expertise in Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking to support and enhance our Workday platform. This role serves as a strategic partner to HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders, leading the design, configuration, and optimization of solutions across these functional areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Workday’s Absence and Benefits modules, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
- Partner with developers on Workday Studio integrations; analyze and troubleshoot benefits vendor integrations
- Configure Workday business processes, security, and organizational structures
- Gather requirements and lead discovery sessions with Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and HR leaders
- Translate business requirements into Workday solutions in partnership with Benefits, HR, Payroll, and Finance
- Write and execute test scenarios for implementations and enhancements
- Serve as technical SME for Workday projects, including module implementations, upgrades, and new functionality within HCM, Absence, and Benefits
- Train HR team members on system updates and best practices aligned to release/upgrade cycles
- Communicate system capabilities, limitations, and impacts clearly to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant Workday experience
- Hands-on expertise in Workday Absence and Benefits configuration
- Experience with Benefit Vendor integrations
- Strong knowledge of business process, security, and org configuration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and prioritization
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials. Pay Range: $100,402-$116,574
Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave. Employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
