Requirements

Experience designing, developing, testing, maintaining, upgrading, and debugging Java 8/J2EE distributed applications, including RESTful services, domain-driven microservices, Spring Boot, API Gateway, and web services.
Experience designing and implementing APIs, including remote and local APIs, routing, reverse proxying, load balancing, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience designing and developing secure applications using Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) principles, security APIs, transport- and message-level security, encryption/decryption technologies, SAML, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Experience utilizing version control systems, source code management, continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), automated testing, and release management practices.
Experience developing and supporting information technology solutions for public sector or government organizations.
Experience implementing and maintaining applications that comply with HIPAA requirements, including data encryption and security best practices for protecting sensitive healthcare information.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technology discipline from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be provided with the candidate submission.
