What you’ll do:

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead software engineering, cloud infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital products and technology platforms.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that drive innovation and business growth.
• Manage technology roadmaps, budgets, resources, and strategic investments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance products, services, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the security, scalability, availability, and performance of enterprise technology systems.
• Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Establish technology governance, architecture standards, and operational best practices.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Experience in technology leadership, software development, IT management, engineering, digital transformation, or a related field is beneficial.
• Previous executive or senior leadership experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise software, cybersecurity, software architecture, AI, or digital platforms is beneficial.
• Strong strategic planning, commercial awareness, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to lead complex technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
