IT Support

We are looking for a technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving abilities for the position of IT Support. The duties include being a point of contact for IT related questions at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other duties.

Job Functions Include:

• Provide support to users as the first point of contact for problem resolution
• Install and configure software and computer systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
• Assist with password or login problems for agency users
• Serve as liaison to proprietary vendors for general questions and troubleshooting
• Participate in meetings, as warranted, to provide insight into technical requirements

• Minimal experience in technical specialization and information systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including 365 and Windows 10
• Willingness to solve technical problems and see projects through to completion
• Sharp analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively, in a fast-paced environment
• Accountable, trustworthy and organized with keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work comfortably on a ladder
• Must have own vehicle
