IT SPECIALIST

Dayton Roger’s Contract is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all aspects of our company’s information technology systems., Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system security and stability
• Manage and maintain company databases and servers
• Provide technical support to employees for all IT related issues
• Monitor and manage system backups and disaster recovery plans
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and upgrades to improve system performance and efficiency
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for company systems
• Train employees on proper use of hardware and software systems
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
• Familiarity with database management and server maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
