10+ years of experience in IT services or consulting preferably in production support Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. 5+ years of Scrum Master experience. Experience managing Agile delivery for Infrastructure, Security, or Technology Operations programs. Strong understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle.
